As an advisor to the Bayern Rundfahrt, which is now transitioning into the Munich Bike Stars, I have the privilege of being part of a truly special project. Back when the Bayern Rundfahrt was still an etap race, I was already involved and created the event’s graphics. This work deeply connected me to the event, and it became clear that I wanted to continue being an active part of its development.
I was actively involved in the creation of the logo and name for the Munich Bike Stars and designed the logo myself. For me, this is more than just a professional project – it is a true passion, as the event holds special meaning for me both professionally and emotionally. The Munich Bike Stars are not just a cycling event, but a symbol for the cycling community in Munich and the surrounding area. The event includes five BDR races, known as the Thursday Night Races, held in Munich, near the Allianz Arena. Both local riders and teams from the surrounding region compete here.
In addition to my graphic work, I am also involved in networking and consulting. Through my work in the cycling industry and my connections with various brands, I am able to contribute fresh ideas and push the event forward.
The first meeting in Munich with the local clubs and the core team of the organization took place in January. It was a great opportunity to set the stage for upcoming events and strengthen our collaboration.

As the president of Q36.5 Racing Expedition, a cycling club based in Munich, I hold cycling in my hometown especially close to my heart. I’m particularly excited that this year Q36.5 will sponsor the winner’s jerseys for the Munich Bike Stars! Additionally, there will be a merchandise shop, with the profits being crucial for the continuation of the event. It’s a wonderful opportunity for participants and fans to take a piece of the event home while supporting the race series!
This spring, I will expand my knowledge further by completing the BDR Basiscoach and C-Trainer programs. This will allow me to deepen my understanding of training and coaching and integrate valuable insights into the work with the Munich Bike Stars and my own club.
I’m thrilled to be a part of this exciting project and contribute through my work to ensuring that the Munich Bike Stars will inspire even more people to embrace cycling in the future!
