Last week, as CMO of Sportbenzin, I had the exciting opportunity to lead a video shoot in Torri del Benaco at beautiful Lake Garda for our social media channels. And yes – I wasn’t just organizing behind the scenes, I was also in front of the camera myself.
The shoot took place at Hotel Al Caminetto, a place full of Mediterranean charm, excellent facilities, and an inspiring atmosphere. From the start, it was clear: producing high-quality videos requires not only a creative concept but also smooth on-site organization. That was exactly my role – planning the project, coordinating the team, and overseeing every step of the shoot.
Together with the video agency Garda Vision, we executed a varied shooting schedule. We captured product shots, dynamic action scenes, and atmospheric lifestyle moments that showcase the Sportbenzin brand authentically and emotionally. It was incredible to see firsthand how much detail goes into every frame – from camera work and lighting to the smallest set adjustments.
A perfect match: we featured the freshly produced custom cycling outfits from Q36.5 with the Sportbenzin logo, adding a professional and stylish touch to every shot.
For me, being in front of the camera was especially exciting. It’s a completely different experience to lead the production while also being part of the content. I could see firsthand how ideas come to life, how mood is created, and how we present the Sportbenzin brand in the best possible way.
The location itself was another bonus: Lake Garda’s soft light, the charming streets, and the Mediterranean landscape gave each shot a special atmosphere. The hotel team supported us wonderfully, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
This project once again showed me how much passion, creativity, and planning goes into producing social media videos. It was not just an exciting role as CMO but also a creative and inspiring experience to be part of the team. The videos will be released on our channels over the coming weeks – and I’m really looking forward to seeing our community’s feedback.
A big thank you goes to Garda Vision for the professional execution and to Hotel Al Caminetto for their perfect support. Projects like these show how much passion and teamwork are behind every detail – and I’m proud to have been involved in the process from start to finish.
